Eastern North Carolina Pop Warner Youth Football Conference is a  Non-profit organization dedicated to the betterment of our youth, working under a charter from Pop Warner Little Scholars Inc. as a member of the Mid South Region.

 

Important Dates:
March 13 - from 11-3 - First registration and xbox raffle (location: Andy's in Swansboro)
April 17 - from 11-3 or until done - BBQ and Chicken Dinner Sale (location: in front of Piggly Wiggly in Swansboro)
June 19, 2010, at Swansboro High School Gym; a free physicals will be done
If you are not getting a physical done; drop off paperwork (birth cert, report card, completed physical) at the Swansboro High School gym on Jun 19 between 10:00 am and 1:00 pm. Physical Form
July 10, 2010 (10 am - 2 pm) 2nd Annual Pop Warner Day @ Croatan High School *ages 5-15 for football and cheer (click here for a printable flyer)

!!!PAPERWORK DUE ASAP!!!
(All below listed paperwork needs to be turned in now. The paperwork can be turned in at Swansboro Heating and Air on Hwy 24 in Swansboro. Please make sure it is filled out in its entirety including accurate and current contact information.)

* Birth Certificate: (Copy showing official seal, not a "mother's copy")
* Completed Physicals: on the official Pop Warner physical form which can be obtained from www.popwarner.com <http://www.popwarner.com> in the "forms" section. (front of form is for parent to fill out & sign & back is for doctor to fill out)
* Final report card from this past school year: with ALL four semesters (this is mandatory because this is a scholastic league)
* Completed Parent Contract and Registration Form: (to include child's & parents signatures)
* Photo: a head and shoulders shot (required for ID cards) if your child did not have one taken at the time of registration, can be emailed to kris10@ec.rr.com <mailto:kris10@ec.rr.com> . Please include in your email your child's full birth name (as it appears on their birth certificate) and their birth date.

Also, if anyone is in need of a sports physical and can't get into their doctors now, Havelock has physical clinic on July 17th from 10-2 at the Havelock Recreation Center for $15.00.
